
Executive Cardiac Rehab's program is provided by Rob Bertelink, B.PHE, R.KIN, a clinician with over 30 years of experience as a senior clinician at one of the largest and most reputable Cardiac Rehab programs in the world. Targeted by some of the top cardiologists in the city to work with their most complex cardiac patients, Rob is now taking that experience and providing it privately it to a select few individuals who are looking to work with someone with a proven track record in helping older adults improve their health and well being.

The Bridge to Rehab service consists of 2x sessions during which Rob will explain the important safety features all new cardiac patients need to know (proper warm-up/cool-down, symptom management, heart rate targets/guidelines, strength training/lifting precautions) as well as how to begin a safe exercise program and what you should be working towards.
